Washington, Aug 28 (ANI): Popstar Madonna has been targetted in a lawsuit that claims that she has failed to repay over 400,000 dollars in loans - an amount which she took to make a movie in 2006. According to the suit filed in Louisiana, Madonna, her manager Guy Oseary and their Maverick Motion Pictures company used financing from Jay Dykes Jr., of Dykes and Dykes LLC, to make Material Girls, starring pop stars Hilary and Haylie Duff, reports Contactmusic. This is the second recent lawsuit filed against the Material Girl after her London pub issue. Dykes LLC has also alleged he was never given the co-producer credit that he claims to have purchased with the loan. Meanwhile, the singer is herself planning to take a legal action against the organisers of her memorabilia exhibition in a bid to stop explicit letters she sent to a former boyfriend from going on display.
